We require payment, including co-payments, at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. In an effort to maintain available appointments for patient care we request that patients provide us with a 48 hour notice to cancel their appointment. A $30.00 fee will be applied to their account if the patient does not comply. We accept MasterCard, Visa and debit cards. If you have no insurance, you are expected to pay the fees in full at the time of the visit and prior to surgery should you need it. You will also have to arrange to pay for hospital costs. As a courtesy, we will file your insurance at no charge. The bill, however, is ultimately your responsibility. Please remember that your insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company.
